EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at Sirodoyev@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Please note: for hygiene and health protection reasons, this right does not apply to unsealed personal care or skincare products that have been opened after delivery.

All Customers Due to the nature of personal care and skincare products, we do not accept returns outside of the cases described below.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at Sirodoyev@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a full refund or replacement — no need to return the item.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
